MSP430I2041: DCO accuracy and TCR

Hi,

According to datasheet, DCO temperature drift with an external resistor with 50ppm TCR is +/-0.29%.


My customer is asking if a resistor with 25ppm TCR is used how the value is changed.
Do we have such data?

    Hello,

    We do not have additional data outside the specifications shown in the datasheet here for a tighter tolerance external resistor. My intuition says you may get some slightly better accuracy, but would be diminishing returns from what is stated in the datasheet.
