Hi Isee,
The EEM is the "Embedded Emulation Module". See Section 28 of the MSP430F2xx, MSP430G2xx Family User's Guide (SLAU144) for more details. The EEM is really for interfacing with a JTAG Programmer/debugger, so its not something that the average user needs to worry about understanding.
For user/program memory, the MSP430AFE252 has the 16kB of Flash and 512B of SRAM as shown in the columns 2 and 3 of that table.
