Hi Emmett,

There is not a launchpad for this device, but you can use this device with the MSP-TS430PM64 (https://www.ti.com/tool/MSP-TS430PM64) for development.

You will also want a debugger such as MSP-FET (https://www.ti.com/tool/MSP-FET) to provide debugging and programming capability.
