Hi Team,
Our customer would like to clarify about the flash memory. Please see his inquiries below.
"Could you please check with the customer and confirm if the Factory Data of Information memory ($1000-$10FF) and Segment A ($10C0-$10FF) should be preserved?
Or can we erase it and fill it with FF?"
As I understand, the special bit operation ask not for erasing, but for disabling or enabling this part of memory or am I wrong?

Please see the the datasheet, Flash Memory section (snippet below). This area of memory contains calibration data and needs to be preserved is calibration data is used.
