MSP-FET: Mode Led is glowing

Hi,

I am working with different MSP430 microcontrollers, I am using MSP-FET to program my devices but one of my MSP-FET is not working when i connect the USB initially Green LED glows then in few seconds RED LED starts glowing, In the device manager the device is being listed
