MSP430FR6043: Liquid Level Sensing With Single Transducer

Part Number: MSP430FR6043
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TDC1000, , EVM430-FR6043

Hello,

I am attempting to measure the change in liquid level using a bottom mounted 1Mhz transducer on a polyurethane bottle(20cm tall). I have already verified that the sensor works as I used the TI TDC1000 Dev board and could see the TOF change as I added/removed water. I did read through the level sensing guide and connected the sensor via jumper cable between J5.1 and J6.1. I am using the pre-existing MSP430FR6043 gas demo and the ADC capture looks like nonsense to me. I have included a picture of my setup, USS settings, and error codes below. If anyone can guide me on how to get a good ADC capture so I can begin testing level sensing I would greatly appreciate it.
