Being new to the msp430f6459, I am unable to find out what is the maximum system frequency and how to configure it.

please help me to find a solution through example code if possible.

Hey Aravind,

The maximum system frequency for the MSP430F6459 is 20 MHz. You can find this on pg 25 of the device's datasheet. This also shows the system frequency while in all of the PMMCORE modes. There is an example available that shows how to set the PMM core mode available here through TIREX.
