I read the description about sample time in Page 875 of user guide. The given formulae  talked about the minimum sampling time. I want to know the maximum sampling time for MSP430FR6043.

I understood that minimum sample time is 1μs. tsample max ??

What is the maximum and minimum clock frequency that I can assign to adc?

There is no limit for tsample max. It just depend on your application.

If your application does not consider real-time, you can take as large a value as possible.

Okay. Then what about adc clock minimum and maximum range?

Yes you can find the range in the datasheet.

Don't confuse the sample time with the clock the adc needs to make the measurement. When you tell it to take a sample - even hours apart -, it will run at fadc to actually do the conversion.
