I got the MSP430_USB_Developers_Package_3_0_0_0 from the website,and download the examples code into my msp430f5509,
the msc examples run well,and the cdc examples run,but the windows can not recognize my device,I need a windows driver to recognize the cdc device or the window can realize it without driver.
what should I do?thanks

I'm using MSP430_USB_Developers_Package_3_20_02 and hope you will try it too.
As for examples code, I've msp430f5509 with C1_example, downloaded in it through IAR C/C++ Compiler for MSP430 5.40.1.50328.
You are lucky, you have well run of the msc examples, cdc examples.
Would you like to help me with enumeration problem?
My operat. system WinXP SP3 recognizes my device as UNKNOWN, but when I plug it through USB2.0 hub (this test was described of Tsuneo Chinzei at Oct 07 2012 in the stellaris USB post) , it saw it is MSP430 Example, so I managed to install it as Virtual COM Port (CDC) COM4
But when I try to connect to COM4, the port disappeared even when MSP430F5509 is connected to USB-hub.
I've done search here for "USB enumeration" but failed to understand my oscillograms for D+(up yellow line) and D- (down green) 
relative to GND. Just after plug-in firmware of C1-example is preparing MSP430F5509 to connect, then I see, how D+ increase from 0 to 3.1 Volt. This cause PC to notice UNKNOWN device. At least 900 ms there are no activity neither at D+, nor at D-. As for schematics, we use ADuM4160 for isolation MSP430f5509 from host USB. This isolator has two modes - low (1.5 MBps) and full (12 Mbps) speed. Is it correct to use it in full speed mode?0246.ADuM4160.pdf
How to compare these figures to Full-Speed frame of 1 ms and to high-speed frame of 125 us?
