Hi Dhivya,

You use 500KHz transducer?

And for your ADC waveform, looks too much noise here, have you try use our EVM board? or PCB design yourself?

Could you help to share your hardware connection, I think maybe this cause by unstable connection.

And have you try to use a metal box to shield external interference and connect to GND, this will help you decrease some noise in your test.

Yes, we are using EVM Board.

I'm using the Gas Demo Application load in the EVM Board for Software Testing.

You need increase gain till ADC peak value about 950, more detials you can refer this guide:

 I have changed voltage level from 3.3V to 5.0V and also increase the gain value. I got it the waveform attached below,

in above link you mentioned i don't know , How do reduce the noise ?

Can you specify the which section are  used to follow for reduce the noise.

Too much noise here in ZFD, thus this will don't get a good performance, which transducer you used? Have you try to consult transduer vendor?

We use Jiakang 200KHz transducer, can get a good waveform:

Hi Dhivya,

Looks still too much noise here? Have you try to another EVM board, or other pipe? Have you see the DTOF data in GUI? You should be able to find STD for dTOF in GUI.

This waveform will affect the final accuracy.

Now, I have changed  another one EVM board and based on diagonal method use in 200 KHZ transducer.

i got it the ADC capture and waveform flow attached below

Please check this approach.

This waveform looks better than previous. but looks the ADC waveform maybe can improve.

You can try to use a metal box to shield external interference and connect to GND, just like this one:

The first waveform looks better, you can try to check the dTOF and AbsTOF data if can meet your requirement. And can increase gain to keep ADC peak around 900.
