Replacement for RX630

Hi team,

My customer would like us to propose to replace RX630.

1.Pin・・・100pin

2.Flash/RAM・・・ROM 384KB, RAM 32KB

However, customer did not disclose the product number and etc for us.

    Hello Kenley,

    Looking up the RX630, there are two parts in 100 pin LQFP and 384kB of Flash.  Do you know if they need CAN or not?  Do they need USB?  

    The closest released device is probably the MSP430F5529, it has USB, but only 128kB Flash. 

    There are some MSPM0 devices that might be a better match.  I'll forward your thread onto the high memory team but they will probably need more information.

    Thank for you for the support.
    It is for print finisher but customer do not want to disclose the detailed information for us.

    I think they need the USB not CAN.

    We could propose them a product first and get their feedback.

    If the customer need the USB then the MSP430F5529 is the only option for them now. Could you check whether MSP430F5529 can meet their requirement? Thanks.
