MSP430F5528: Reference Design

Part Number: MSP430F5528

A customer is planning to use MSP430F552x MCU in their HW. They basically need ADC and SPI/I2C, so your F552x is perfect to us. They prefer to nFBGA package as it is small but VQFN may also an option to us.

Are there any reference designs/schematics available to share?

    This is a pretty generic request so we can't really point you to anything specific here. Please do checkout the available EVMs for this series of devices on the product page, along with technical resources for various applications. If the customer doesn't need USB functionality, then checkout the MSP430F532x family which is similar.
