Programming SW for MSPFR5739 other than Elprotronic or CCS

We (www.dlpdesign.com) have a module based on the MSP430FR5739. We developed our design with CCS, but use Elprotronic programming SW and the TI MSP-FET430IF programming pod for production programming. My problem is that the latest release of the Elprotronic FET-Pro430 software cannot erase this new FRAM based MSP430. They are working on the problem, but don't have a solution yet. Does anyone know of another source for MSP430 programming SW other than Elprotronics and CCS?

In theory, you do not have to erase the device. FRAMn is R/W on bit level and does not need bank or mass erase before writing new content. Simply overwrite the old firmware with the new one. (unless writing doesn't work too)
However, I fear that the software doesn't support writing without a erase cycle or at leasr erase check?

Yes, their tool does allow you to write without an erase, but as it turns out that doesn't work either. That was their first work around suggestion. But after creating an erase file (all 0xFF) to write to the FRAM, we found out that the write doesn't work either. Good news is I just got notification that they think they have fixed this with a newly posted version, 2.91. I will let you know if the issue is resolve shortly.

Version 2.91, just relased today at www.elprotronic.com/download.html corrects the issue.
