Hi Team,
The customer is using this device. They use Flash to storage data, and read and write operation works normal.
But when the device is powered on and off frequently, the Flash will lose data.

Hi Dennis,
They don't do write operation during power on time. The time between power cycle is about 1~2 seconds.
Hi Yale,
Is this a new design or has this product been in the field for some time and they are now experiencing this issue?
This device has both INFO and MAIN memory sections. Do we know if the corruption occurs in one or both of the sections?
Can you find out if the customer is enabling the SVS (Supply voltage supervisor) and what settings?
Hi Dennis,
This is the customer's new design.
They used DCO rather than external oscillation circuit. The data stored in INFO.
They are not enabling the SVS.

Hi Yale,
Sorry for the late response. Yes, they should enable the SVS. What is the application? Does it have a constant VDD or can VDD vary (like running from battery).
