This is a pretty tall order. if your chip is compatible with the MSP430G Launchpad, it should work with Energia;

I suggest using CCS. The first thing you see when you fire it up the first time is the "getting started view" which should get you going:

Follow the links, they are basically getting started guides.

I am not sure if your MCU is supported on Arduino/Energia.

It is definitely supported for general C programming with CCS.

For CCS you will need a launchpad with SBW in order to program your chip - if it is not a launchpad. Arduino needs a similar interface. Energia uses the launchpad debugging chip that interfaces with USB.

TLDR;

You will need to get a MSP-EXP430G2ET launchpad to connect your MCU to a debugger, and provide the proper connections on your board.
