Can we use UCB0 and UCB1 I2C at the same time? If yes, what are the things to be taken care of? TIA.

    Yes, UCB0 and UCB1 are two independent module, can used at the same time, no any need to take care.

    The only care is make sure you follow the Hawkins rule of interrupts:

    In other words, make sure you don't spend too long in your interrupt routine.
