My customer want to activate UART automatically from LPM3 when UART received data.
His using internal REFO as system clock source. ACLK=32.768K, SMCLK=1M. Baud rate is 9600.
But he found that when he use SMCLK as UART's clock source, the data that UART received only correct under active mode and LPM1, device received wrong data under LPM3. He speculate the reason is activate SMCLK from LPM3 need some time, It's too late to collect all characters.
I suggested he using ACLK as UART's clock source because ACLK is active under LPM3. Then the Baud rate will be limited as 2400bps max.
How to activate UART correctly from LPM3, and using 9600baud rate?
