Hi Lisa,

Unfortunately, we do not believe that this reel is authentic as we cannot find a ULN2803ADWR lot that corresponds with this reel and the label does not meet our expectations for what CSO and ASO should be.

Hi Lisa,

TI doesn't have a process for submitting counterfeit products. However, it is necessary to buy directly from TI or from an authorized distributer to avoid this happening in the future.
