Dear All,

I know that MSP430xxxx have no USB OTG mode, but we are looking to use a USB OTG IC solution to match with our MSP430xxxx design.

Questions:

1) Is possible to use  a UBS OTG IC like TUSB1210 to make a Host/device USB  (i.e using miniAB connector) ?

2) The TUSB1201 offer ULPI and UART interface; can UART interface manage same TUSB1210 function as ULPI ? (of course with reduce speed...)

3) Exist a sample code for TUSB1210 ? or need looking for ULPI layer and move to UART ?

    Daniele:

       1: you can use TUSB1210  as  OTG device.

       2: For UART interface, you can not do OTG function, only from USB to UART.

       3: We don;t have sample code for TUSB1210 since each SOC or FPGA is different for each application. We don't have sample code for UART as well.
