I can not flash my msp430FR2355 in two wire mode using IAR 8.10.2 using the MSP-FET flash emulation tool (serial number 22020005A)
the target hardware had been designed folowwing the SLAU278AH – MAY 2009 – REVISED MARCH 2021 page 23
Need to upgrade the MSP-FET firmware ?

First dose the MSP-FET be detected by your PC?
Second you can try Uniflash to do the download to verify the MSP-FET hardware connection? And how do you connect the MSP-FET with the MSP430?
