MSP430F552x USB question

Hello,

The basic requirement of direct USB device is when it is pluged into the PC USB port, Windows will pop up “[device name] found…”.  How can customize the device name by using the USB port on the MSP430F552x family please?

    The 'device name' is from the INF file that comes with the device. The enumerated USB ID is checked against the inf file database and if a match is found, the info how to handle this device, which drivers to load, and its name, are taken from the INF file.
    The device itself may change its ID, but this would only result in 'unknown device found'.
