Hi，

The low-side supervisor (SVSL ) and low-side monitor (SVML ) oversee VCORE.

Low-side supervisor, SVSL – Supervision of internal core voltage used to supply digital core.

Please refer to the UG chapter 2.2 for more details.

A BOR or a POR should set the LOCKAUX.
