Could you tell more detail about "the core was powered down"
e.g. what voltage make core power down. (DVCC, VDSYS)

The low-side supervisor (SVSL ) and low-side monitor (SVML ) oversee VCORE.
Low-side supervisor, SVSL – Supervision of internal core voltage used to supply digital core.
