MSP430G2332: Need working firmware file with the procedure to upload code into the controller.

i have taken a power bank project from ti
i have fabricated and assembled the pcb and also programmed it
now
i want to know how to use it
i have connected a battery also its charging also
but
when i connect a sinking device to it it does not charge that devce
