I have question about LCD C charging pump capacitor problem (found from our customer site).
Step 1) With 4.7uF charge pump capacitor Measure the voltage on the capacitor 3.2 v.
Measure the capacitance of the capacitor 5.3 uF.
The LCD module does not have segmented and common signals.
Step 2) After disconnecting and the reconnecting the 4.7 uF charge pump capacitor (same one).
Measure the voltage on the capacitor, 3.5 v. Measure the capacitance of the capacitor, 5.3 uF.
The LCD module has signals to the segments and segments.
Could you please explain to us that something is wrong?
(e.g. the LCD module damage or something)
