MSP-GANG: Programmer Hardware rev:1.04

Hi Team,

When using the MSP-GANG programmer to download programs to the MSPM0L1306, an error is always reported:

ERROR 23：MCU device initialization failed

1  TDO/TDI->SWDIO

7  TCK->SWCLK

11 RST->NRST

2  VCC->VCC

9  GND->GND
