For this device, we do not specify a gain or offset drift, rather we only specify the total gain/offset error over the operating temperature. The drift is included within that specification.

For offset and gain drift see the SD_16A performance table from the datasheet:
TPS79733
This device is an LDO, not an ADC, so INL/Gain/Offset drift shouldn't apply. Is there another specification you needed to know for this device? If so I can see if I can get someone from our LDO team to take a look.
