Which software? Can you restart you computer？

USS obviously as that is what goes with the board and yes I have 

Can you snipaste the report by the software and you device manager (HID part)? Then I can conuslt my colleague to know what happens. 

I cant screenshot as it is on a different deivce that isnt on any network. 

the error message is:      More than one HID device with the same VID/PID detected. Only one device may be connected.

when I plug in the usb, 2 com ports appear in the device manager.

Can you try this board with another PC to see if it can work.

If not, can you check this thread and update the HID MCU? Maybe it will help.

the board works with another PC, will have a look at that and see if it works

OK, I think there will be some problem on the sw not hw. I will close this thread first.

Sorry, I can't give you any further help, as the problem may lies on your computer. Can you accept to use another PC?

I cant because that doesn't fix the problem, I will just have to try and figure it out myself
