My name is Sandip, and I am reaching out to you regarding a recent purchase we made with your company from the Alibaba website. We have encountered some concerns with the product's originality, and we seek your assistance in clarifying the matter.

Material details as per attached Images:

Upon careful inspection of the received material, we have identified issues with the fragility of one side pins, which are consistently bending. Additionally, we noticed a discrepancy between the label information on the reel, indicating "Rev B," and the IC picture, which clearly displays "Rev A." This inconsistency has raised concerns about the authenticity of the product. attached are the images for your reference.

As a valued supplier, we believe in maintaining transparency and fostering a strong partnership. It is crucial for us to ensure the authenticity of the components we source, as our production processes heavily depend on the quality and reliability of the materials provided.

To address this matter promptly, we kindly request the following:

Clarification on the authenticity of the product in question, specifically regarding the observed issues with the delicate pins and the conflicting revision information.

Documentation or verification of the product's origin and authenticity, such as certificates of authenticity, manufacturing details, or any relevant information that can attest to the legitimacy of the supplied components.

An explanation for the discrepancy between the label on the reel (Rev B) and the IC picture (Rev A) to help us understand the nature of this inconsistency.

Our objective is to work collaboratively with you to resolve these concerns and ensure the continuous trust and reliability of our supply chain.     In general, TI factory wouldn't occur such an issue.

    Firstly, You can contact Alibaba website distributor first to ensure this issue. 

    Secondly, you can check if the version issue does not affect your use and development.

    Thirdly, you can purchase MCU from TI website next time.

    Finally, you can trust TI's professionalism and strength.

    Definitely we will purchase next time from TI website only, i have contacted Alibaba distributor, he mentioned components are original so such issues should not happened. 

    Given the importance of using genuine components in our manufacturing processes, we kindly request your assistance in verifying the authenticity of the purchased ICs and understanding the nature of the observed discrepancy. We want to ensure that we are utilizing authentic TI components in our production and avoiding any risks associated with substandard materials.

    so if you can help us to identify the originality and can help us to know that discrepancy between the label information on the reel, indicating "Rev B," and the IC picture, which clearly displays "Rev A."

    1). You can ask the distributor for more information about this batch of MCU, such as the purchase order, batch, etc. to further confirm whether the MCU is legitimate.
