Is TIDA-010243 supports same Power quality monitoring and analysis measurement as TIDM-THDREADING ? Can we start our application based on TIDA-010243 platform or still it is under development / upgradation ? Please respond asap !

Yes! It supports the same Power quality monitoring as the TIDM-THDREADING. You can start application based on this Reference Design, with the caveat being that we are still working on developing more features for the new E-Metering Library, so THD as a feature is still on the todo list. Hardware wise, this Reference Design won't change any time soon.

yes, you can start your design based on TIDA-010243. The latest version of theTIDA-010243 code will be included in our MSPM0 SDK:

A newer SDK version is expected to go live by next week and will support the features as in TIDM-THDREADING.
