MSP430FR6045: Get an accurate time with RTC module

Part Number: MSP430FR6045

I am testing the test with five custom PCB which use MSP430FR6045.

And I use external 32.768kHz x-tal.

I put the actual time into the RTC module and started the time passed test.

When I check the time after 62 hours, time passed 6 seconds faster than the actual time.

Can I get an accurate time?
