Hi Ti support,

About register AUXCTL0 and AUXCTL1 I found problem something and then not sure.

From auxiliary supply, I use DVCC for supply to MCU and use register AUX0SW for select auxiliary supply.

Usually if supply DVCC, AUX0SW Register is 1 and AUX0OK register is 1 by AUX0MD = 0.

I found AUX0SW register is 0 but AUX0OK is 1.

If I use the AUX0OK register, select the auxiliary device to avoid problems in this case. How is it different from the AUX0SW register?

Hi,

I think the AUXxOK register should be considered as the reliable source to indicates the DVCC status.

There is few description of the AUXxSW register in UG. I am not sure what switch state they are referring to for this register.

So, AUXSW register not should use and then AUXOK register can use instead register AUXSW or not?

After change to use AUXOK register occur problem or not?

Problem AUXSW register not work occur from MCU error or problem errata?

Really sorry for the late response. I somehow missed this message.

You can use AUXOK register to instead of AUXSW register to indicate the DVCC status. It should not occur any other issue when using AUXOK register. I do not find related information in the errata. I think it possibly is a inaccurate description in the UG.
