Port Bit stays "high" always

I am creating a program for the MSP432 and I made Port 4.0-4.7 outputs. I connected LEDs to them to show a number in binary but my PORT4.2 always has a high voltage so it turns on the LED even when its not supposed to. Its a simple code so I checked it and everything is okay so I am not sure why this is happening.
