MSP430F2132: How do I read the flash memory of my MSP430F2132?

I am happily connected from CCS 12.6, thru the MSP-FET to my MSP430F2132 but I do not find the way to read the memory. I have read something about a "Save memory" function or command but I can not find it.

    In the debugger there's an option Tools->Save Memory. It only appears when you're connected to the target.

    I haven't used it before, but it looks like it can save in a variety of formats. You'll need to know the memory map of your device [Ref data sheet (SLAS578J) Table 10].
