Hi,

There is fluctuation issue on raw data through ADC12 for temperature sensing.

1. Is there any recommendation for initialization method for stable sensing?

2. Could you guide the method to obtain exact temperature from raw data?

    Hi David,

    You can find the description in the user guide of the device, setting the sample period longer than 30 us to get better stability:

    Also with the formula of the temperature:

    On the other hand, the temperature sensor offset can be as much as ±20°C. TI recommends a single-point calibration to minimize the offset error of the built-in temperature sensor. Refers to the datasheet:
