Does it mean the servicing of interrupts with the full performance mode config?
What do you mean with full performance mode. I assume it is fast wake up right?
The funtion will return 0 when it doesn't use fast wake up.

Yes, from the function PMM16Check that mean the key word is "fast wake up" not about performance mode.
And if we don't use "fast wake up", there's no need to add a150us delay, right?
