MSP430FR6047: MSP430FR6047 multi point calibration

I would like to inquire about the calibration of msp430fr6047.
We are attempting to calibrate from Q1 (0.00625m3/h) to Q4 (3.125m3/h).
First, as a result of checking the meter constant measured in Q3 (2.5m3/h), the meter constant as shown below was obtained, and as a result of re-measurement, it was confirmed to be within +/- 1%.

Q1(0.00625m3/h +/-3%), Q2(0.01m3/h +/-1%), Q3(2.5m3/h +/-1%), Q4(3.125m3/h +/-1%) ), is it correct to use Calibration TAB > VFR Flow to perform multi point calibration?
For reference, we plan to conduct the test with the temperature conditions limited to room temperature.

If it is correct to apply multi calibration for each flow rate in VFR Flow, does the "actual averaged VFR" that must be entered after calibration as shown below refer to the Mean VFR above it?

  

Please explain what values should be entered.

Once again, I am wondering if the method I am using to obtain the Multi point Meter constant from Q1 to Q4 is correct.

If the above method is incorrect, should I divide Q1 to Q4 into certain sections (for example, 100ml intervals), obtain all Meter Constants from Q1 to Q4, and apply the Meter Constant for each section in the code?

    Multipoint calibration is intended for when you expect to measure a wide range of flow rates during the operation of the meter. If you are expecting the meter to read only one small range of values, you can use the typical calibration with a single meter constant. 

    So your choice of calibration will depend on the flow rates you expect the meter to measure, and how much error you are ok with. You can try calibrating for a single meter constant at your working/permanent flow rate, q3, and test to see if the error across your range is within your acceptable limit. If it is, you can stay with single point calibration.

    If the error is too great, you can use multi point calibration to set different meter constants for different flow rate ranges, and thusly reduce your error. The process to do this is described in the Flow VFR section of the USS Design Center User's Guide. Please review that document and the other resources listed on that webpage and then feel free to post again if you have additional questions.
