MSP430F6721: how much free RAM should we reserve?

Hi,

I am trying to optimize the firmware of one of our devices for volume production. The RAM usage as shown in CCS memory allocation is 90% with 186B free if we build for MSP430F6721. And device seems to run fine on MSP430F6721. I am still a bit of concerned that only 10% RAM is un-allocated, and it might not be enough to handle certain edge cases that don't happen during normal operation.

My question is, is 10% RAM reserve enough? Or should we continue to use MSP430F6723 that has more RAM?
