Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F5438, SN65HVD233
I am using MSP430F5438 as the main microcontroller for the on board computing board of a student satellite, and I need CAN implementation for interaction with other PCBs in the stack. I have procured SN65HVD233 as the CAN transceiver. I just want to ask if I would be needing a physical layer chip as well or this is enough. Also, can any please guide me to a short schematic of the connections between uC and transceiver?
