I'm attempting to run the DRV8316 GUI with the M0 configuration based on the following link (https://dev.ti.com/tirex/explore/node?node=A__AF0H5agzc7PawvYX9sgMZw__MSPM0-SDK__a3PaaoK__LATEST). I have completed the hardware setup and updated the TI Cloud tool, but am now running into this error where the GUI cannot connect. Please let me know what steps I should be taking to troubleshoot this. Thank you.

Thank you for your response. I just checked there are two instances of XDS110. I checked both by clicking Update Driver and it reported that both have the most up to date drivers. Is there anything else I need to do?

XDS 110 driver is ready.
1. Make sure your browser has permission to access USB device.
2. Follow the guidance, browser's plugin is installed and enabled.
I have try this online GUI tool and everything is OK. I am using Chrome Version 124.0.6367.62 (Official Build) (64-bit).
If you have done everything including ticloudagent installed and the connection still does not work, please contact your IT make sure there is no security restrictions on your PC.

I just confirmed I have the plugin enabled, and the GUI is still not working. Thank you for your help so for but just to let you know I will be shifting focuses temporarily away from the GUI.
HI Helic, I recently tried the application again - I am trying to use an MSPM0G3507, is there a way to get the instaSPIN GUI to look for this MCU instead of the C2000?
