is there version of this MCU with CAN interface? or suggestion for another low cost MCU for 3-phase motor control with CAN?

Hi Ervin,

No, there is no version of MSP430 for CAN interface.

But what about MSPM0G3507, which has a CANFD interface.

MSPM0 is the general-purpose MCU based on ARM cortex-M0+.
