In my product have 2 mode

1. Normal mode

- My hardware can read/write to external memory

2. Power low mode

- My hardware will not read/write external memory

What should a config pin assignment in "Power low mode"

Of course it can work. But there will be leakage current that increases a small amount of power consumption.
