MSP430FR6043: USS Delta TOF Offset Changes Not Applied in Generated Header File

Tool/software:

Issue Description: After changing the Delta TOF Offset parameter in the USS_02_40_00_00 version of the Ultrasonic Sensing Design Center and generating the header file, the DCOFFSET value is not updated accordingly. This issue has been reproduced on two separate Windows computers.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Ultrasonic Sensing Design Center.
2. Go to the 'Advanced Parameters' tab.
3. Change the Delta TOF Offset value.
4. Save the configuration.
5. Generate the header file.
6. Verify that DCOFFSET is not updated in the generated header file.

Expected Behavior: Changing the Delta TOF Offset should update the corresponding DCOFFSET value in the generated header file.

Actual Behavior: The DCOFFSET value remains unchanged despite modifications to the Delta TOF Offset.
