Hi,
We have used MSP430F133IPAG in our design and used external crystal of 3.6864Mhz frequency (crystal PN: ECS-36-20-7SX-TR) in design for Xin and Xout pins as shown below.
But some of the crystals ECS-036-20-7SX-TR are not oscillating. if i remove the crystal from the board and use it in other application boards with non TI microcontrollers it will work. So that says crystal in not faulty.
Please provide your suggestions.
