kindly send screen shots how to mass erase the flash from within CCS, only mass erase no application programming.

Note that the available flash options can differ depending on the device. But typically there is some Mass Erase feature. Check the "On-Chip Flash" options and look for a Mass Erase options like the example shown:

You can get to the on-chip flash options via "Tools -> On-Chip Flash"
