Previously we are using MSP430FR2476TPT part number as an microcontroller in our project,

Please share the series of Part numbers which are Safety integrity level(SIL2/SIL3) certified MCU which can be replaced by MSP430 series MCU.

    Hi Hithesh,

    I would recommend below:

    M0L1306QRHBQ1: 32 pin package with AEC-Q100 qulified. And it is FS-QM, which could be used to enable an ASIL-B system.

    MSPM0G3507QPTQ1/MSPM0G3507QPTQ1:48pin QFP package with AEC-Q100 qulified. And it is FS-QM, which could be used to enable an ASIL-B system.

    The above device is RTM and you can check the information in ti.com. 

    We also will support some ASIL-B certificated device with MSPM0L/MSPM0G family, while the information is NDA so you should contact TI regional sales team to check whether you can get details information.

    Hi Hithesh,

    I want to add one additional clarification. The ASIL-B is a automotive safety integrity level, the difference with SIL-2 should be evaluated by end equipment customer.
