MSP430F6779A: Equipment Flash MCU burn for 100 pin

I checked the hardware tools of MSP430 and find that there is not fully suitable socket board for MSP430F6779A 100-pin PZ. But you can refer to this document to look for one 100 pin PZ socket board and pay attention to that the pin distribution maybe not same so you need to wire jump through Dupont wire. At the same time, you should pay attention to the pitch.VDD and VSS pin are specially important because they need Cap between them.

 For example:

The VDD pin of chip is pin-1, but the VDD pin of socket board is pin-5 and the cap circuit is also connected pin-5. Then you should connect pin-1 to the cap circuit near pin-5, and you can't use pin-5 of this chip when you do evaluation (to make sure that pin-5 of chip is not connected to socket board).

And another method is to design a socket board by yourself, just a minimum system board is ok.
