Hello Vasu,
The code memory is almost 0xFF, which means it is empty. The Device descriptor stores some information about device. And the BSL memory stores the BSL code which has been burned before chips are shipped to customer.

Can you show information about BSL memory and file BSL code?
You can dump original factory BSL (UART for your device) binary with any TI hardware / software tool. BSL must be unlocked first.
BSL is open source, and you can find it here...
