Hi,

Of course you can do that. The eUSCI_B0 and eUSCI_B1 are two independent peripherals. You can configure them to different function.

In that UCA0 Port also used for VREF+ ,So in that hardware decoupling circuit is needed or not?

If you are using an external reference, yes. If you are using it with the EUSCI, no.
