MSP430G2432: How to have these chips programmed before being soldered to PCB

Hi,

We are building 300 pieces of a new product that uses MSP430G2432IRSA16T which is in a 16 pin QFN package. We'd like to have them programmed with our software before the board house solders them to the PCB. I asked Digikey and they said they could not do it for that particular chip. Does anyone know of a company that can provide this service? Does TI do this?
