Hello,

A couple of questions:

  • What non-volatile memory technology is the Read-Only Memory (ROM) made of?
  • Does ROM feature ECC?

My assumption is that ROM is made of FRAM for the FR5969 and therefore includes ECC. I have not found any confirmation of this in the datasheet (ex. SLASEK0A Table 5-6), FRAM best practises (SLAA628B), etc.
